Important Legal Notice

Before submitting a DMCA notice or initiating legal action, we strongly encourage consultation with your client company's marketing team. Permitting the proxy distribution of modified works by our users may align with their interests by enhancing creative engagement with their content.

Veel Scenepacks is a non-commercial platform that does not generate income or profit. All operational resources are deposited into a dedicated account used exclusively to cover hosting and infrastructure costs required to maintain the platform. No funds are allocated for any other purposes.

This platform is driven by a passion for creative expression and operates without the intention of deriving financial benefit from the intellectual property of others.

Anti-Piracy Statement

We explicitly and unequivocally do not condone or support piracy.

Veel Scenepacks is designed solely to facilitate the creative editing of movies and television shows in compliance with applicable copyright laws. Our shared footage is:

  • Strictly limited to less than 50% of the original source material
  • Substantially modified and rendered incomplete
  • Intended exclusively for video editors engaged in creative editing projects
  • Part of the recognized tradition of "Edits" spanning over a decade

Fair Use & Transformative Content

The editing process includes significant modifications to both video and audio:

Video Modifications:

  • Removing substantial portions of footage
  • Rendering content incomplete and unsuitable for general consumption
  • Isolating critical narrative elements for editing purposes

Audio Modifications:

  • Retaining only essential dialogue
  • Removing sound effects and music where feasible
  • Creating fragmented audio unsuitable for casual viewing

We believe these practices align with the doctrine of fair use, as the original works are substantially transformed in ways that fundamentally alter their purpose and commercial impact.

Platform Operations & Content Hosting

Important: The search index displayed on Veel Scenepacks is maintained and updated by the site's users, not by the Administrator.

No video files are hosted on Veel Scenepacks servers, nor does the platform distribute any video files. Veel Scenepacks operates as an indexing service, similar to search engines like Google, providing indexed links to third-party websites.

The ISP and/or Administrator of Veel Scenepacks is not responsible for:

  • The content of any linked sites
  • The links themselves
  • Changes or updates to such sites

All DMCA notices received will be forwarded to the registered email of the uploader(s) in question. If a DMCA notice meets the requirements listed below, Veel Scenepacks may, at its sole discretion and for ethical reasons, remove links from its index. Such actions do not constitute an acknowledgment of legal liability.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Veel Scenepacks operates under Indian law and adheres to Indian copyright regulations. Any disputes or legal claims must be addressed to the jurisdiction of the Gujarat High Court in Ahmedabad, India.

Fraudulent or abusive DMCA notices targeted at Veel Scenepacks may result in counterclaims or legal actions.

Community Benefits & Promotion

Video editors who use our content contribute to the promotion and visibility of the original works. By creating transformative edits, they provide:

  • Additional marketing reach for original content
  • Expanded audience engagement
  • Increased appreciation for source material
  • Creative showcases that inspire viewership of original works

This approach is comparable to platforms like YouTube, which are legally permissible despite hosting individual movie scenes that users can theoretically search for and stitch together. However, this process inherently requires prior knowledge of the movie to identify and assemble scenes correctly.
